Senior Inbound Specialist

Primary Job Responsibilities

Inbound Campaign Execution

  • Configure and test email/landing page/forms
  • Coordinate w/team to implement campaign plan
  • Create workflows in HubSpot
  • Set-up new HubSpot accounts
  • Create segmented contact lists
  • Pull data for client scorecards
  • Maintain contact database
  • Support webinar execution
  • Set-up & configure CRM
  • Set-up custom lead scoring
  • Research keywords

Strategy, Analysis & Consultation

  • Contribute to creation and maintenance of marketing strategy and tactical documents
  • Analyze inbound marketing metrics and make recommendations to optimize assets in order to meet client goals.
  • Identify relevant keywords for content optimization
  • Manage a team of freelancers

​​Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • HubSpot and Inbound Certifications (Content and Contextual Certifications a plus)
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, inbound strategy, and digital marketing execution (bonus points for PPC experience)
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing ability, verbal communication, phone, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to switch-task easily
  • Proficiency with Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.) HubSpot, MS Office/Apple Suite
