Inbound Marketing Project Manager

As a Project Manager at The Whole Brain Group, you will be on the front lines in a fast-paced, energetic sales and marketing culture. You’ll be responding quickly to client inquiries, coordinating marketing activities, and communicating important information to our inbound marketing team. This job is great for someone with a lot of energy who loves to learn and enjoys solving complex problems that truly make a difference in people’s lives and businesses.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination & Implementation

  • Coordinate the production and QA of client deliverables
  • Facilitate project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc.
  • Take meeting minutes and identify action items
  • Remove obstacles and facilitate communication between project team members
  • Coordinate response to support requests and follow up after support requests to ensure satisfaction

Internal and External Relationship Management

  • Maintain active communication, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts as needed
  • Keep the client’s best interests in mind, be a resource and advocate, and always strive to delight them
  • Assist with marketing presentations and meeting agendas to support monthly client planning and results meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated customer relationship management, organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of inbound strategy and digital marketing execution - Inbound and HubSpot Marketing Certifications preferred
  • A desire to learn and grow in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Excellent writing ability, verbal communication, phone, and presentation skills
  • Experienced user with the Google, Office, and Apple Suites
  • Curious about new and emerging technologies
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
